Far Zad2023-08-16Excellent food and knowledgeable service. When deciding for wine, I was offered 3 sample choices. Shared a calamari for appetizer with string potatoes. Had shrimp for 2nd course and Arctic Char for main. All were prepared superbly. Also had a rack of lamb, which was excellent. Since we were there to celebrate a birthday, staff arranged for a Tiramisu along with birthday firework. Will definitely return.

Home to one of the largest wine and drinks collections in Canada, Via Allegro is a phenomenal restaurant for anything your heart wants. Vintage wine? Got it. Amazing dessert? Got it. Unbelievable mains? Got it. Everything that we ordered from the salad, rack of lamb, cheesecake, everything was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to make my way back.

Chris Augusto2023-08-14This was my first experience at this restaurant and it was amazing. It is so hard to find a place these days that has good food and good service and great atmosphere. But this place hit it out of the park. Went for an anniversary dinner and Via Allegro did not disappoint. The servers were very attentive and extremely helpful. I find it hard to believe that there is even any negative reviews about this place. From the outside you would never think that inside was such a hidden gem. When we were leaving we took a peek at the patio as suggested by one of the servers and it was beautiful. Next time definitely going to try the patio.

Our waiter was so kind to give us some history of the place and their wine cellar was like "Wow" The staff was perfection. Cannot wait to visit again with a group of friends and family.
